Why am I feeling __________right now?
I am feeling very sluggish because I was up late last night watching TV shows that I miss during the week. It is a very bad habit and I always hate when I get off schedule because it effects me for a week or longer until my body has had enough sleep to make up for what I missed.
I am suspicious of….
people lying. It's so easy for some to do that I look for it in everyone. It's something I have learned that I don't like about myself and would like to change but once bitten twice shy as they say.
I would like to give more time/effort to…
cleaning my home. It's always a wreak. I keep telling myself that when the kids are older than I will keep it neat and tidy but the truth of the matter is, if it's not broken then I'm not one to want to fix it. I have a hard fast couple of rules. My desk has to be clean and the kitchen has to be almost clean. The rest I could give a bumble about as long as I'm able to walk across the floor and my chairs cleaned off. I really don't care.

MONASTERY LENTILS 277 cal/229g
1/4 cup olive oil
3 large onions, chopped
2 carrot, chopped
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried marjoram
7 cups beef, chicken or vegetable stock
2 cup dry lentils, washed and sorted
salt
1 29-oz. can diced tomatoes
grated parmesan or cheddar cheese (for topping)
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat, and saute the carrot and onions 3-5 minutes. Add thyme and marjoram and saute one minute. Add the stock, lentils. salt, parsley (if using) and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer until lentils are cooked, approximately 45-60 minutes. Top with grated cheese and serve.
